Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. I was very impressed with this web-based PDF editor
Overall my experience has pretty very positive with PDFfiller.
My colleague recommended PDFfiler as I needed a quick way to sign documents while on the road. PDFfiller has all the features I need, even with the free version of the software.
I think to take this software to the next level, the developer should create browser plugins to sign documents without having to upload them to the PDFfiller website.
