I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

Super responsive
Have had an account with these guys for a few years now so its about time I did a review. The features are good and I can do all the things I need to edit documents. If something goes wrong they are super responsive and provide fixes/solutions very quickly. Highly recommended.

I have been a Broker for 46 years and I use to have an admin assistant that handled all my paperwork
But now I work from home, no admin person or receptionist, I am Chief Bottle washer & Cook
I chatted with Bob Today on a Technical issue on the size of a PDF, He was able to reduce it
I am very happy I found pdfFiller, my new assistant
that doesn't drink my coffee

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

How do I duplicate a form?
The easiest way to make a copy of a Form is through Drive. In your Drive, click once on the form you would like to copy and then open the '3 dot menus' to the right of the screen. — Once the copy is made, you may want to rename the file so that you will be able to find it more easily.
