A thank you I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

What do you like best? The support solved my problem really fast. Amazing. What do you dislike? It's quite expensive for an annual subscription. Is there any monthly option? Recommendations to others considering the product: It's really useful. Try it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They cancel my subscription even it has been charged. And the benefit was my CC transaction was voided. Amazing.

The easiest way to make a copy of a Form is through Drive. In your Drive, click once on the form you would like to copy and then open the '3 dot menus' to the right of the screen. — Once the copy is made, you may want to rename the file so that you will be able to find it more easily.
From Google Forms: From the actual form, click the 3 vertical dots icon in the top right. You'll get a menu where the top choice is “Make a copy”. The top of the menu looks like this: In both cases, the form will be duplicated, and you can make changes to one without affecting the other.
To duplicate a form you would require the permission from the form Creator. As stated it is not your form so by proper channel it is not possible. You can either contact the form Creator to provide you the access to a copy of the form or can send you the template for that from.
Google Forms — Duplicating Questions. There are times when you have to use similar questions on a form. Instead of retyping a majority of the same information, the better solution is to duplicate the question and then edit the new question.

Each MS 365 user has an own Forms account. You must access your Forms account where your existing forms are listed. Click the 3 dots on an existing form and select “Copy”. A copy is created.
Find the form you want to copy in your list of forms, click the ellipses button () in the upper right corner of the form preview window, and then click Copy.
