Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. What do you like best? User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc. What do you dislike? The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

The easiest way to make a copy of a Form is through Drive. In your Drive, click once on the form you would like to copy and then open the '3 dot menus' to the right of the screen. — Once the copy is made, you may want to rename the file so that you will be able to find it more easily.
