This program is awesome. Not only does it solve the problem of not being able to type on pdfs, you can also sign a form that is on your desktop computer on your phone. Amazing.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! It's a wonderful application and offers convenience.
It alllows you to easily fill out PDFs instead of printing them and doing it manually and dc an I g them back into computer.
Sometimes the alignment can be a little offer when placing where you put the cursor to fill out the pdf.
