It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.

The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.
