Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

Click “Add Another Button” to create one more radio button. Enter a “Group Name” that will group the buttons together. A group name is used to uniquely identify each group on a PDF form. It is a good idea to use the same group name for both form and data fields to simplify the field mapping.
In the PDF document, select click the Signature or Initial button on the toolbar. From the drop-down, select the person who will be signing. Place the signature and Initial tags wherever you need them. In addition to the signature/initial, you can also add the date or date+time when the doc was signed.
