4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

What do you like best?
I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.
What do you dislike?
I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A thank you I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. If it were possible to drag and drop email addresses from my email to the pdf filler I believe it would be easier. I'm writing them down currently and then typing in the information.
