How to send a fillable document that can be returned in a completed state
I am new to using the pdf filler application in my business. When I sent my first document out, my client had a problem returning the filled out document. The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

I give it a 4/5 because sometimes editing text might change the context of the document (ex.remove boxes or darkness of boxes etc). Other than that it's worked fine.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

I wish there was a more user friendly version in IOS or Android App Store.
