What do you like best?
The ease of accessing Acord applicaions, amend the existing and being able to save to my computer and then email to clients. The process is incredibly simple!
What do you dislike?
I had difficulty accessing Acords 125,, 126 & 140's. This has now been fixed and all is working fine. Very little to say, in as far as disliking PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best & quickest was to access all Acord Applications for Commercial Insurance.

An application for a trademark or patent can be rather long and complicated. If you have submitted an application to the USPTO and later realized there was an error on the application, you may amend the application. You may request an addition, deletion or substitution to something found on the original application.
If you will be making substantive changes to your trademark, you will be required to file a new trademark application. Existing trademarks can be changed only for nonmaterial, minor alterations to the application. In most instances, a new trademark design will require a completely new trademark application.
And the answer is no. There are a lot of things that you can change in your trademark application, but the trademark itself is not one of them. But the general rule is, after you file your trademark, you can't alter the trademark itself.
The first step in canceling a trademark is to file a petition for cancellation. In your petition for cancellation, you will need to show you have standing to cancel the trademark. You will also need to pay the registration fee.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a class to a registered trademark and neither to add further products (or services). When a trademark application is filed, it is mandatory to choose one or more classes (of products and/or services).
PROCEDURE. An applicant who has filed for registration of a trademark, can, before the registration, request an amendment or correction through form-16 along with the documents favoring the claim and the specified fee. The amendment provision of an application is provided under section 22 of the Trademarks Act 1999.
TEAS instructions for amending your application to the supplemental register: To respond to a nonfinal Office action, use the “Response to Office Action” (ROA) online form. To respond to a final Office action, use the “Request for Reconsideration after Final Action” online form.
An application to amend a trademark is called a Section 7 Request and is available only if your proposed changes do not materially alter your trademark so that it is significantly different from the original as registered. If your changes are significant, you must file a new trademark application.
