I worked fine except when I tried to print from you size and then it would not print full size. I had to download it to get it to print the correct size.

Necessity for any business
I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing.
What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this.
What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

Very helpful to be able to type into…
Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.

The software is designed to edit PDFs. Makes updating documents and personal files very easy.

The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

I needed to create a document and sign it in a hurry. I already own Turbo PDF, but, its confusing to use.
I did a quick Google search and down loaded Pdf filler and had my doc printed in less than 10 min!
It works for me.

How do I Export from Vectorworks to PDF?
Single PDF File Export Set the view for the export. The current sheet layer or currently viewed design layer(s) are exported. Select File > Export > Export PDF. Specify the settings for exporting to PDF. Click OK to create the PDF file based on the settings.
Can you open a PDF in Vectorworks?
Select File > Import > Import PDF. Alternatively, click the file to import and drag it into an open Vectorworks file. Select the PDF file to be imported, and click Open.
What formats does Vectorworks Export?
The Export Image File command exports a rendered drawing to a variety of file formats, including GIF, JPG, TIF, BMP, WMPhoto, and others. Different portions of the image can be selected for export. The list of image formats is populated depending upon the operating system and installed drivers.
Why would you Export using the PDF a 1b format Vectorworks?
The PDF/A-1b format is useful for archiving, and helps preserve the visual appearance of the document by embedding color and font information into the exported file. PDF/A-1b format flattens all layers, and elements of the drawing with transparency settings appear opaque.
What does exporting a PDF file do?
Instead, you will typically see this option in other programs that can create PDFs out of their files, such as image editing software. In these cases, the program "exports" the file into a PDF version, which you can then continue to work on elsewhere.
How do I Export a viewport as a PDF in Vectorworks?
For viewports on sheet layers, set the layer and class visibility of each viewport. Select the command. The Export PDF dialog box opens. Specify the settings for exporting to PDF.
