So far it is working very well, i needed something straight forward that would allow me to fill in forms. I'm hoping to automate some of this in the future but right now it is I am just doing one here and there.

How do you add Bates numbers to a PDF on a Mac?
Open the Edit PDF menu at the top left of the screen. Select Header and Footer > Add Bates Numbers. Under Format Options, you can fill in the Prefix and Suffix fields to display the text before or after the Bates number. Under Number of Digits, you can specify how many digits make up your Bates number.
