What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. We no longer had use for product as we are a small Not for Profit Organisation and they canceled our subscription that was automatically renewed and refunded the $'a that was charged. This happened without any issues and thanks to pdFiller for their understanding

Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised.
