I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

It's was to use. PDF filler is user friendly.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could change the location of saved files. Everything saves to downloads even when I choose desktop.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to neatly complete forms and send them electronically. Much better than filling in by hand.

A few features were missing when I first started using it but they have added functionality and it's much better now.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. I like that making forms fillable is super easy and that the platform is affordable
What do you dislike?
pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me
