As a contract administrator for my company, this makes signing PDFs easy, and allows it to be done in a timely manner. Easy to navigate, allows you to download your finished, signed PDF for storage.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the advanced functions, and a variety of color coding features who make highlighting PDFs more efficient when needed/if multiple people are adding notes.

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion.
This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements,
hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here!

pdfFiller for Easy Fillable PDF Files
I am a 78-year-old with a partially paralized right hand. I started using this product to make fillable PDF files for English as a Second Language students I volunteer to teach online. With the instructions found on the site I was able to upload a five-page document and then add text boxes to the pages. I opted for the automatic text box creation, an extremely quick process, and only had to do some minor clean-up of extra text boxes. Overall, love the program.

I love the PDF Filler. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when editing the font changes from the original font on the form that I am trying to edit.

The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

It's simple to use and has many tools at your finger tips that makes filling out paperwork even easier when you can't get ink for your printer, or you own your business where filling out important documents just looks much neater when done on computer than your own chicken scratch.

Why can I not rename a file?
When a file or folder is still open, Windows doesn't allow users to rename it. Therefore, you must ensure that no files or folders are open and no apps are running in the background while you're renaming. To do that, simply click on the same file again to open it, and it will take you to the already opened tab.
How do I rename a PDF file on my keyboard?
Using a Keyboard Shortcut Select a file or folder with the arrow keys, or start typing the name. Once the file is selected, press F2 to highlight the name of the file. After you type in a new name, press the Enter key to save the new name.
