Good for business Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. In the Microsoft Word document, find the comment you want to edit. The comment should be visible on the right side of the document. Click in the comment and edit the text for that comment.
Select the text you want to comment on, or click at the end of the text. On the Review tab, click New Comment. Type your comment. Word shows your comment in a balloon in the document's margin.
On the Review tab, under Comments, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow next to Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.
To edit a comment, just tap on the comment you want to edit, then choose “Edit Comment.” Once you're done editing your comment, tap the Update button, and you're all set. To edit a post, tap on your post, then choose “Edit Post.” After editing your post, tap on the Save button.
Click the Review tab on the Ribbon, then click the Balloons command. In the drop-down list, click on Show Revisions in Balloons or Show Only Comments and Formatting in Balloons.
Double-click a Word document you wish to change. Doing so will open the document in Microsoft Word. Click and drag your cursor across some text. ... Right-click or two-finger click the selected text. ... Click New Comment. ... Type your comment. ... Click anywhere on the document.
Click the Review tab. Click the Display for Review button menu. The button is found in the Tracking group, and its icon is shown in the margin. The button's name depends on which Display for Review mode is chosen. Choose the All Markup command.
Edit. Once Track Changes is turned on, you can start editing the document. Any changes you make to the text will be marked by a gray bar on the left side of the changed text. When you add text, the added text will be in a different color to the normal text making easy to spot for reviewers.
