Sign it!
In general is a very good option to fill and sign documents. I did not buy the paid version because I was in need at the moment and it worked perfect for me.
I like the easy to follow process of this software. You dont need to know how to use it. As soon as you start filling any document everything march along the way
I did not see any cons because I was able to resolve my needs with the free trial. I would hesitate to pay for this software if I need again.

this is the best product I could find…
this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

Is it possible to edit a PDF?
Editing PDF files can be a major hassle. But here's a simple trick for editing them and all you need is Microsoft Word. While you can't edit a PDF file directly in PDF format in Word, we'll use a workaround that lets you make edits and still have a PDF when you're done.
How do I enable editing on a PDF?
Go to File>Open. Select the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Click on the text or image you'd like to edit.
How do you edit text in a PDF document?
Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Edit. Outlines identify the text and images you can edit. Select the text you want to edit. Edit the text by doing one of the following: Type new text to replace the selected text, or press Delete to remove it. Click outside the selection to deselect it and start over.
How do I add labels to a PDF?
Click “Add File” to list your PDF file. Set label information in “Advanced→Label”, check “Add Labels” and input “Label Prefix” such as “Chapter” or “Section”. Click “Number and save as” to output changed PDF in defined directory, you can view label in PDF Reader Toolbar as below picture shows:
