The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

Pretty easy to use!
Pretty easy to use!Update: Been using this a while now, only down side is that when you blank off certain information, save the file and open it to check, for a very brief second all the old information flashes up.

Works well with scanned pdfs to
You can wite-out on the page when you need to change some data. You can highlight, it has most features like other pdf programs.
The time it takes to upload takes longer than with adobe acrobat.

What do you like best?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

How to Use the Edit Stain in Doc Feature
The Edit Stain in Doc feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily edit and remove stains or marks on your documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the 'Stain' option from the dropdown menu.

A toolbar with various editing tools will appear on the left side of the screen.

Click on the 'Stain' tool in the toolbar.

Hover over the stain or mark you want to edit or remove.

Click and drag the cursor over the stain to select it.

Once selected, you can choose to either remove the stain completely or edit it.

To remove the stain, click on the 'Remove' button in the toolbar.

If you choose to edit the stain, a new window will open where you can adjust the size, color, opacity, and other properties of the stain.
