OK. some limitations, like I need conditional logic, so if someone checks the Yes box for a question, then require them to fill out other fields. Need this conditional logic functionality, critical for my application. Else not sure PDFFiller will be useful to us.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Excellent Tool for Editing PDF Files We use PDFFiller frequently to edit PDF documents to send to clients or vendors. The online platform is very user friendly and has a wide variety of functionality. It does most of the things one would need to do, including adding text, erasing sections, checking boxes, and adding signatures. I wish it was easy to merge PDF documents.

How to Use the eSign Genie Reduce Information Feature

The eSign Genie Reduce Information feature allows you to easily redact sensitive information from your documents before sending them for electronic signature. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Login to your eSign Genie account and navigate to the document you want to work on.

Click on the 'Reduce Information' button, which can be found in the toolbar at the top of the document editor.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. In this sidebar, you will see a list of all the fields and text in the document that can be redacted.

To redact a field or text, simply click on it in the sidebar. The selected field or text will be highlighted in the document editor.

If you want to redact multiple fields or text, you can hold down the Ctrl key (or Command key on Mac) and click on each item in the sidebar.

Once you have selected all the fields or text you want to redact, click on the 'Redact' button at the bottom of the sidebar.

A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the redaction. Click on 'Yes' to proceed.

The selected fields or text will now be redacted in the document. You can review the redacted areas by scrolling through the document.

If you need to make any changes or remove a redaction, you can click on the 'Edit Redactions' button in the sidebar.

To save the redacted document, click on the 'Save' button in the toolbar at the top of the document editor.
