It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

Best way to keep organized Overall, it can really make your life easier and more organized, highly recommended! This is such a great tool for keeping track of your pdf flies while categorizing them to fit your preferences. As a student, I've used this for many different reasons and have always found it extremely convenient for filing and organizing my files. From school assignments to the official paper work, it provides a user friendly platform for easy usage and proper description. Must have for the student to the average daily worker! It can be a little tricky to figure out how it functions properly at first, but their are some good tutorials out there that I highly recommend, such google them. Also, it doesn't really have a customer support system, which is a down side.

PDFfiller Fills Needs My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal. It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss. Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. I like the service and have been using for awhile! I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

This is an excellent product/service… This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future.
