I'm getting used to it. When I was working (I'm retired now), I used Adobe Acrobat frequently, but now that I'm retired, I don't have the cash-flow luxury to own a version of Acrobat. So PDFfiler fits the bill most of the time. I'd have to say that I'm very pleased with the product.

Fill it out!
Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email.
I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send.
I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

Best thing about PDF Filler is ease of use. Very user friendly and have good support staff.
Could offer more options for customizing but that is being picky.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. This program is new to me...so far no…
This program is new to me...so far no issues. Well one small one. when I used a different device, it asked me to verify with a code. they gave me the code but it would not let me type in the code. Howervr I was sill able to use the program without the code.
