Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

My experience was excellent. As a first time user, the program was full featured and easy to use.
Ability to complete my tasks quickly and easily.
Ease of use. The program was very intuitive for me to use from the start and had all the features I needed to complete a complex form. It is an excellent piece of software.

It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

I may a few times a year need to use…
I may a few times a year need to use editing or signature for pdf document. I was able to use edit to blackout simply by using quick guide under "Blackout'. Very simple and easy to adjust for use.

Top quality all round
Only used the free trial for a specific task needed at the time and pdfFiller offered everything I asked for, unlike other services I tried. Very straightforward and accessible.
Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity.
But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full. The money was back in my account just hours later.
