Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.

How do I get Section 8 in NJ?

How does Section 8 work in NJ?
Section 8 HCV program is based on the premise that housing costs (rent and utilities) should not exceed 30 percent of a household's income. Assistance is provided to low, and very low-income households and individuals. The statewide program is available to residents of all New Jersey counties.
Do I qualify for Section 8?
In general, the applicant must be 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen with a household income of less than 50 percent of area median income. Eligibility is also based on family size. Determine if the local PHA has any restrictions or preferences.
