A Great Source for Reference As soon as I came across PDFFiller I immediately subscribed. Any time I need to make a fake document for a Movie or TV show I go right to the site and look up what I'm trying to mimic. 9 times out of 10 I find what I need. I love PDFfiller because it provides me with a wealth of real life uploaded document references for any design I may be trying to mimic. The search feature could be a little better.

Really convenient with good functionality Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy. It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

As a result, apartment landlords can refuse to rent to underage tenants. However, legal emancipation, marriage or military service may allow a 17-year-old to rent an apartment on her own. Additionally, a co-signer can provide the financial backing needed to secure a rental.
Since minors can't make legally binding contracts, landlords usually require the applicant to find an adult, usually his parent or guardian, to co-sign the rental agreement. The cosigner is financially responsible if the minor fails to pay the rent or causes damage to the property.
Not in the US. You are your parents' responsibility until you are 18. You also cannot rent an apartment, get utilities, or anything else until you're 18. Many apartment complexes and private landlords won't rent to anyone under 21, at the minimum.
However, with tightening credit standards in response to changes in the economy, many once-qualified prospective apartment renters are now having trouble renting. Fortunately, a hopeful apartment renter with little or poor credit can often obtain a lease by having a qualified cosigner.
A person may rent if they are 16 years of age or older. A person aged 16 to 18 years will be bound by a Tenancy Agreement, so long as the agreement is not harsh or unconscionable. A family has a legal responsibility for the children until they are 18 years of age.
It is legal for you to rent an apartment for your 17-year-old son. You, rather than your son, will be required to pay the rent.
Most states set the age of majority, or legal adulthood, at 18, preventing a minor from entering into a binding rental contract or lease. However, legal emancipation, marriage or military service may allow a 17-year-old to rent an apartment on her own.
If you're 16 or 17 If you're under 18, it's unlikely you'll be able to sign a tenancy contract or mortgage agreement. If you're 16 or 17 and homeless, you'll usually be provided with accommodation by Children's Services at your local council. This is because you'll be considered a 'child in need'.
