The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

I love using PDFfiller. I believe it is a wonderful program. I use it so often that I started scanning in personal files and paperwork at home to keep me organized. I can fill out anything within just a few moments and it looks like I've spent hours on my documents.
The only negative with this program is the process moves a little. Sometimes when I'm rushing to complete documents I doesn't seem to matter what network or computer I use, I still feel like from the time to load a document to the time of completion and sending out there the other parties, its taken me a little too long for my personal opinion but I still use the program religiously to complete just about every document from legal forms that I create to filling out paperwork at the doctor's office for my children.
I highly recommend PDFfiller!

Overall, the application is useful. The only issues that I have been experiencing is some of the edits I make either reappear, or are placed on top of the existing text.

This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

This has been a great tool for me. Trying to apply for a new apartment has been difficult due to the quarantine but this allowed us to sign and fill out whatever we need with little interaction with others. The 30 day fee trial was great for me and I will recommend this to anyone who might need it.

How long does underwrite take after conditional approval?
Under normal circumstances, your purchase application should be underwritten within 72 hours of underwriting submission and within one week after you provide your fully completed documentation to your loan officer.
What happens after underwriting is approved and conditions are met?
When a loan request has met the underwriting requirements and has been reviewed and approved by an underwriter, you will receive a commitment letter. The letter will indicate your loan program, loan amount, loan term, and interest rate. Though it, too, may include conditions that may need met before closing.
How long does underwrite take after conditions are met?
Homebuyers have hard deadlines they must meet, so they get underwriting dibs. Under normal circumstances, your purchase application should be underwritten within 72 hours of underwriting submission and within one week after you provide your fully completed documentation to your loan officer.
What happens after underwriting is approved?
After a first review, the underwriter will issue a list of requirements. These requirements are called conditions or prior-to-document conditions. Your loan officer will submit all your conditions back to the underwriter, who then issues an okay for you to sign loan documents.
How long after conditional approval is closing?
As a rule of thumb, a couple of days, then when the bank is ready they need to give you a three days cool off period after you have signed the final documents. However, remember, everything thing is at the discretion of the lender and its underwriter, but normally you should be very close, be patient.
What is a conditional approval from Underwriter?
In a lending context, a conditional approval is when the mortgage underwriter is mostly satisfied with the loan application file, but there are still one or more issues that need to resolved before the deal can close. It would happen as a result of the underwriting process and before the final approval.
What does it mean when your loan is conditionally approved?
When your loan application has been conditionally approved, this means that you have moved beyond the first application phase. An employee of the bank who makes decisions regarding loan applications, or underwriter, has reviewed your application and found nothing that would cause the lender to turn you down.
Is a conditional approval a good sign?
While receiving conditional approval is a great sign of your ability to buy a home, it is not a sure thing.
