I fill out a lot of forms from different organizations. Found PDF Filler after searching for a federal form. It was the top result and I started using it from there. Some organizations do not even realize how they have deployed PFD files. When you show up, or fax them their completed PDF file you get some odd reactions.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
So, in fact, we wouldn't be living here at Allie wouldn't exist. Examples of such fine-tuning abound. Tweak the charge on an electron, for instance, or change the strength of the gravitational force or the strong nuclear force just a smidgen, and the universe would look very different, and likely be lifeless.
The characterization of the universe as finely tuned suggests that the occurrence of life in the Universe is very sensitive to the values of certain fundamental physical constants and that the observed values are, for some reason, improbable.
The term fine-tuning is used to characterize sensitive dependence of facts or properties on the values of certain parameters. Technological devices are paradigmatic examples of fine-tuning.
In theoretical physics, fine-tuning is the process in which parameters of a model must be adjusted very precisely in order to fit with certain observations. The heuristic rule that parameters in a fundamental physical theory should not be too fine-tuned is called naturalness.
Anthropic principle. The anthropic principle is a philosophical consideration that any data we collect about the universe is filtered by the fact that, in order for it to be observable in the first place, it must be compatible with the conscious and sapient life that observes it.
Image credit: Particle Data Group / LBL / DOE / NSF, of the Fundamental Constants as of 1986. As it turns out, it takes 26 dimensionless constants to describe the Universe as simply and completely as possible, which is quite a small number, but not necessarily as small as we like.
26 constants is not too many but most physicists would prefer to have none. The goal is to come up with a theory that lets you calculate all these constants, so they wouldn't be “fundamental” anymore. However, right now this is merely a dream. So, what are the fundamental physical constants?
In cosmology, the cosmological constant (usually denoted by the Greek capital letter lambda:) is the energy density of space, or vacuum energy, that arises in Albert Einstein's field equations of general relativity. It is closely associated to the concepts of dark energy and quintessence.
