With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

Great for filling paper on the go
What I liked the most of this software is that it is great for filling out paper work online
What I liked the least is not many options to choose from as in where to fill out.

I recommend this product.
This program makes it so easy to fill out any PDF. It really helps in our office for everything to appear highly professional.
It is taking me awhile to learn this software, but I think that once I master it that it will be very helpful in our office.

Surprised I had signed up for a year
It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again
Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

This is a great tool to expedite routine tasks like filling out forms
Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.
I haven't experienced any negative problems except sometimes I have had a problem saving my template.

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. This kinda service was A++++ I would recommend them also the PDF filler is so easy to use and navigate I will be using this quite often.

It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
