So easy to use
So easy to use. I filled in 3 very long PDF forms and they look so much better typed than filled in with my scruffy handwriting. I'll definitely use this service again.

How do I know if I have a toll violation?
Visit the Toll Violation section of our website or call (949) 727-4800. Please know your violation and reference numbers, which are located in the first column of your Notice of Toll Evasion. To prevent future violations, please make sure your Amtrak account is up-to-date.

No. Insurance company rates are not directly affected by toll violations. Insurance Score: Degradation of your Credit Score (Insurance Score) because of unpaid Toll Violations. License or Registration Suspension: Suspension of License or Registration due to unpaid Tolls.
What happens if you accidentally go through a toll?
If you accidentally pass through a tolling location without paying the toll, you can make payment for the missed toll. If payment is not made for three tolls, a Toll Violation Invoice will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle and substantial additional fees will be charged.
What is a toll violation?
If a driver uses The Toll Roads and does not use Amtrak® account or pay the toll(s) online, a violation will be processed for each transaction. If a driver passes through a tolled location without paying using Amtrak or our online payment method, pictures of the vehicle are taken.

What is a toll road violation, and what is the process for resolving a violation? If a driver uses The Toll Roads and does not use Amtrak® account or pay the toll(s) online, a violation will be processed for each transaction. Each violation transaction is assessed a $57.50 penalty in addition to the toll amount due.

You most likely received a violation because your transponder failed to read and your license plate is not on file with the tolling agency. To resolve the violation, you should: Contact the tolling agency that maintains your Amtrak account, update your vehicle information and check the status of your account.
