PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Completing forms and getting them to whomever I choose.
Ease of use. I love this software. I have a health issue that makes filling out forms quite difficult. With this software, I am able to complete any document.
There is not much to dislike. So no comments on that.

It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

I received pdf's from an online class that the asked me to print out, complete, scan back. I just did not want to print mostly but the entire process ... you know. pdfFiller helped out a lot, especially with the symbols (might want to add music notes).

Great improvement on traditional Adobe products.
Good experience. I would recommend this to other in lieu of mainstream products.
Simple, easy to use and operates seamlessly with other programs. It also maintains the appropriate information for future use in other forms.
At times, information is lost when downloading forms from websites or is not saved when transmitting via email.
