I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

It is convenient, ensures legibility and a professional appearance, and is easy to use. I have used it only for basic functions - i.e. filling in blank lines. I still need to explore what else it can do.

I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

the storage of files was a bit of a issue. every time i needed to look at the files i would need a code, a bit time consuming but otherwise a good product.

I used their services and subscribed annually by mistake but when I asked to cancel the order and refund amount, they immediately processed the refund. I really appreciate.

I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.
