Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

Such helpful customer support
This is a great product but I only needed it for a short while, (1 day) but forgot to cancel my free trial, contacted customer support and they arranged for a refund right away, so very helpful.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.
