I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

It was a huge help on a critically important document. It was a downloaded pdf that I had to annotate, but Acrobat Pro was unable to edit it because Livecycle Designer was required. PDFfiller allowed me to do it entirely online and then print out. the required hard copy It was a godsend!

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly

I choose pdf filler for it's fill & print ability, plus it's option to look up Texas forms! I've been very satisfied with everything on your website up to this point & would recommend it to others to give it a whirl!!

What do you like best?
I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently.
What do you dislike?
The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified.
