I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

Perfect for paperwork My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient. I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome. I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

What do you like best? The most helpful thing about pdfFiller is that I can take a pdf document and add text or highlight text effortlessly. It is very user-friendly. What do you dislike? I have nothing to complain about with pdfFiller by airSlate. It saves me so much time there is literally nothing to dislike. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? pdfFiller by airSlate is solving problems when I needed to make changes to a pdf document and it was so hard to do without it looking jumbled until I found pdfFiller. It has saved me so much time and my documents come out looking so much cleaner and professional.

How do you keep labels from smearing?

To keep your printer's ink from smearing on your labels, be sure to always use ink jet products with an ink jet printer and laser products with a laser printer. Note: Some of our glossy products take a minute to dry, so please wait before you touch the printing.

How do you fix printer smearing?

Unplug the machine from the AC power outlet. Lift the scanner cover until it locks securely in the open position. Clean the machine's printer platen(1) and the surrounding area, wiping off any scattered ink with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Close the scanner cover.

Why are my labels smudging?

Ink jet inks are water based, which means that if they come into contact with liquids they will run or smudge. Secondly, your printer may be dispersing too much ink or the top coating of your labels may be over saturated with ink. In either case, the ink isn't dry properly, which leads to smearing.
