Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms.

Have had an account with these guys for a few years now so its about time I did a review. The features are good and I can do all the things I need to edit documents. If something goes wrong they are super responsive and provide fixes/solutions very quickly. Highly recommended.

I large amount of relevant templates, especially the collection of tax and business documents.
After searching all over for a form builder, a template library, and a document signing tool, it was so satisfying to stumble across a site that can be all three, do it well, and even be affordable to use!

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.
