I needed a form and you were able to supply it. The problem is that I only needed that one form and would be unlikely to use this service frequently enough for the fees to be worth it for me. I think this could be a very valuable service for those who would be in a place to make use of it.

Excellent for creating fillable forms
As someone who has to work with lots of clients at the same time, being able to send a fillable form to be acompanied by the requirements we need from a customer makes our work a lot simpler and more organized.
I have found that PDFfiller lags a bit at times and when creating or editing large files it is really slow.

How to Use the Form Editor Add Feature in pdfFiller
The Form Editor Add feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add and customize form fields to your PDF documents. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Form Editor' tab located at the top of the page.

On the left side of the screen, you will see a toolbar with various form field options. Click on the desired form field type you want to add, such as 'Text', 'Checkbox', 'Radio Button', 'Dropdown', or 'Signature'.

Once you have selected a form field type, click on the area of the PDF document where you want to place the form field. A new form field will appear at that location.

To customize the form field, click on it. A toolbar will appear with options to change the field's properties, such as its size, font, color, and alignment.

You can also drag and resize the form field to fit your needs. Simply click and hold on the edges of the form field to adjust its size.
