My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

The ACA employer mandate was in force for 2019: US employers with 50 or more full-time employees were required to offer these full-time workers compliant health coverage. Now these employers must also provide proof of that offer of coverage to the IRS with year-end forms 1095-C and 1094-C.
Waiver of Coverage Employees may decline health insurance offered by employers. Unless the employee signs a waiver stating that they are covered under another plan, such as a spouse's plan, Medicaid, or Medicare, the employee cannot enroll in your plan until the next open enrollment.
Your employer may offer health insurance, but that doesn't mean you must buy it. In fact, you can buy health insurance on your own. An employer can only force you to take the plan at work if it pays 100 percent of the premiums or if you agreed to take the plan as part of an employment or union agreement.
Employees may decline health insurance offered by employers. This is called a waiver of coverage. However, if they are covered under another plan, but that coverage is lost, the employee can enroll in your plan immediately.
Employers aren't required to provide health insurance for part-time employees, even if they provide coverage for full-time employees. If your employer doesn't offer you insurance coverage, you can fill out an application through the Marketplace.
The Employer Mandate for Large Employers can require that employees contribute toward their insurance coverage, but they can't require them to pay more than 9.86% of their household income toward it. Large employers who fail to comply with the coverage mandate must pay a no-coverage penalty to the IRS.
A: As of January 1, 2015, employers with 50 or more full time equivalent (FTE) employees are required to provide health coverage to full-time employees or else pay a tax penalty. This is commonly referred to as the employer mandate.
Health care reform requires employers to notify their employees in advance of certain coverage changes. Some Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PACA) regulations will require employer group health plans or their health insurance issuers to notify their members of certain coverage changes.
