I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. I write reports for evaluations. Litigation has mandated that these reports be quite extensive. Handwriting them took hours. Scanning the forms into a pdf and allowing me to edit them is immeasurably helpful to maintaining my sanity.

Can password-protected PDF be edited?
You can remove security from a PDF if you have the document password. If the PDF is secured with a server-based security policy, only the policy author or a server administrator can change it. Contact the creator or the author of the PDF to get the password to edit the PDFs.
