With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Intuitive and easy to use
Easily and quickly fill pdfs with this simple software, just be aware there is no free option other than a 30-day trial.
This software is really straightforward and easy to use. I find it intuitive and am able to edit pdfs quickly and painlessly. Adding a signature is really easy as well.
I did the free trial of this software and even though I was impressed, I didn't end up purchasing the monthly subscription due to my needs. There are options out there that are free, although they're definitely inferior in terms of functionality and user interface. So I think the cost (even though it is reasonable) ended up being not worth it for me specifically in the end. Other than that, I had no problems with the software and would recommend it to someone who uses pdf software frequently.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

Why does my logo look blurry in PDF?
If you start with a low-resolution image or other file, the resulting PDF may look blurry or pixelated, especially if printed out. PDF converters can't make your finished document look any clearer than the original. Use files with resolutions of at least 72 dots per inch for Web display and 200 to 300 dpi for printing.
How do I highlight symbols in PDF?
Select the highlighter tool from the horizontal toolbox located at the top of the PDF editor. Select the desired color of your highlighter tool. Click and drag the cursor to select the text area to highlight, releasing when you've finished.
How do I show margins in PDF?
From the main menu, click on Edit, then Preferences. From the left-hand list of features, select Units & Guides. Set up the grid lines ing to the settings in the image below. Please see the attached image on how to set up the grid lines to match the University page margin requirements.
How do I highlight a markup in PDF?
Highlight, strikethrough, or underline text Choose Tools > Comment, and select the Highlight Text tool , the Strikethrough Text tool , or the Underline Text tool .
