Easy to use
Easy to use. I wish I came across this solution first because with it I was able to do in 10 minutes what I couldn't do in hours with the other editors I tried, not counting all the time trying to find them.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. What do you like best?
OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? I recommend it to everyone who needs to edit, rearrange and send PDFs.
What do you dislike?
I don’t really dislike anything, maybe I would like the notarize option to let you do multiple signatures/ persons in the same document

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
