The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. What do you like best?
I love the variety of functions available in PDF Filler. I also love how easy it is to use, Highly recommended for anyone working quickly in a remote environment for documents that need edits, signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I get logged out ... not a real problem, but as I work from multiple computers sometimes it adds and extra step for me.

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

Simple tool that increases productivity in office I'm a software engineer and have to deal with many documents everyday. Having a simple tool that has all the features needed for me to edit and handle all my documents makes my life easier. At the same time it saves me time to look up new tools and ways everyday. The UI is simple and intuitive, and it's easy to attach files, download and share it as needed. Overall it makes me more productive in office. My favourite feature is the electronic/digital signature feature. As a person in the IT department, I have to work with numerous documents and sign many of them. And this tool made that really easy for me. Also, the signature looks blended out and not out of place. Other than that the merging tool and conversion tool are also very helpful. Depending on my needs, sometimes I can convert a ppt into a pdf for easy access or for sending it to anyone. I also get to attach different pdfs together in whatever order needed. I don't have any major concerns. The only small problem I've had is regarding character recognition from scanned pdfs. Sometimes it is not entirely accurate. Though it is manageable for me.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Daniel I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.

What do you like best? I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Editing PDF docs, adding, merging, e-sign docs etc etc. Avoids us having to scan docs I mean it has a bunch of features that once you start using it you will be like WOW! You may not use the I-9 form as part of the applicant screening process or background check. If the new hire does not present acceptable identification documents by the end of three business days after the first day of work for pay, you may terminate the employee for failing to complete the I-9 form.
An E-Verify case is considered late if you create it later than the third business day after the employee first started work for pay. If the case you create is late, E-Verify will ask why, and you can either select one of the reasons provided or enter you own. The reasons provided are: Awaiting Social Security Number.
A case result of Verification in Process means that DHS cannot verify the data and needs more time. The case is automatically referred for further verification. DHS will respond to most of these cases within 24 hours, although some responses may take up to 3 federal government working days.
The E-Verify Verification The verification can be completed before the employee begins work for pay. The latest three days after the new hire's first day of work for pay, unless the employee will work for fewer than three days. For them, you must verify no later than the first day of work for pay.
Unless an employer is a federal contractor with a federal contract containing the FAR E-Verify clause, it cannot use E-Verify for existing employees. Employers should not go back and create a case for any employee hired during the time its account was inactive and there was deliberate non-use of E-Verify.
Can an employer quit using E-Verify? Yes, assuming state law does not require it. For employers to stop using the system, they must continue using the system and, per the signed Memorandum of Understanding, provide 30 days written notice to the government.
If an employer discovers a missing Form I-9, the employer and employee must complete a new Form I-9. The newly completed form should not be back-dated. If the employee cannot produce acceptable documentation or refuses to complete Section 1 of the Form I-9, he or she cannot work for pay.
Failing to timely complete an I-9 for employee or doing a awful job of it can result in fines of $110 to over $1000 per employee for the first infraction. These fines impact large and small business alike.
