How to Use the Inscribe Seal Transcript Feature in pdfFiller

The Inscribe Seal Transcript feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add a seal to your transcripts. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account or create a new one if you don't have an account yet.

Upload the transcript document that you want to add a seal to. You can either drag and drop the file into the pdfFiller interface or use the 'Upload' button to select the file from your computer.

Once the transcript document is uploaded, click on the 'Edit' button to open the document editor.

In the document editor, navigate to the page where you want to add the seal. You can use the page navigation buttons or the thumbnail view to find the desired page.

Click on the 'Stamp' button in the toolbar at the top of the editor.

In the stamp menu, select the 'Seals' category.

Choose the seal design that you want to use for your transcript. pdfFiller offers a variety of seal designs to choose from.

Click on the seal design to add it to the page. You can then resize and reposition the seal as needed.

If you want to customize the seal, you can click on it to reveal additional options. You can change the color, opacity, and rotation of the seal.

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I like that I can quickly sign something without printing and scanning signing and scanning again. I can send this out right from here via my email, haven't checked Gmail records yet, but if they've been recorded there, I think I will use this app for years to come.
