Start a new envelope and add documents and recipients as usual, and then click Next. In the recipients list at the top of the page, select a person to add fields for. Use the page guide to scroll through the pages and add more fields for your recipient.
Open one of the Templates that you want to merge, (Start with the template that took the longest to create) and change the Template Name. In the template setup screen, add the document, and recipients of the template you would like to merge. Select Next. You will also need to add the tags from the other template.
Access. If you are in DocuSign Rooms (white background), click on your profile picture, at the top right of the page, and select Switch to eSignature from the drop-down (If you see a blue banner at the top of the page, skip to step 2). Create. Edit. Use Templates.
From the Templates page, click New Template. Enter a name and description for your template. To upload one or more files to the template from your local machine or from one of your authorized cloud storage providers, follow the regular procedure described in Add Files. Add recipient roles and any named recipients.
