I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. Also it is not hard to figure out how to use it. The customer support is amazing too. There are no CC options when sending out a document for someone to sign. I hope PDFfiller creates that feature soon.
