A nice format that allows a professional presentation but the data input is still tedious and could be streamlined. All things considered, I'm satisfied with the product.

Blogger - PDF Filler Online use without having to download anything onto your computer. If you are a blogger you have too much on your desktop already! Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial. I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

The Netherlands was the first country to introduce a national registration plate, called a “driving permit”, in 1898. Initially these plates were just sequentially numbered, starting at 1, but this was changed in 1906.
The Very First License Plate The very first plate, featuring just the number “1,” was issued to Frederick Tudor, who was working with the highway commission (and the son of the “Ice King” Frederic Tudor). One of his relatives still holds an active registration on the 1 plate.

On Apr. 25, 1901, New York Governor Benjamin Odell Jr. signed into law a bill requiring owners of motor vehicles to register with the state.
Most license plates are still made in correctional institutions, although some states contract out plate manufacture to private companies. Metal blanks are inserted into presses and stamped with rounded edging and a series of characters, usually including both numbers and letters.
