Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

This program really provides me the opportunity to create the forms and fillable documents that can help speed up my report filling.
I enjoy the different ways to sign and initial different documents that otherwise could not be sent back electronically without several steps. I also have created templates and forms for consistent reports and forms I will be using to help speed up my entries. Thank you I do enjoy the program But I only know a little about it. I wish there was a little more user friendly tutorials.

The ability to login anywhere and get work done while I am in the field

I don’t use it every day so sometimes I need the help menu to navigate new documents

The ability to work in the field without carrying a laptop. I can sign documents and send them securely. This mobility allows me the ability to do more work.

So far, so good
So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

How do I log in to IT Glue?
Logging Ingo to the unique URL of your account. Enter the email address that's registered to your IT Glue account and your password, and then click Log in. If MFA is enabled, you will have to enter the authentication code from your MFA device. Click Continue.
How to use Glue?
The Glue Account Identifier must be unique and communicated to your Glue users. They will need this account identifier to sign in successfully under JIT provisioning. Select a role (i.e. Editor, Creator, or Lite) to be assigned to all new users created through Just-in-Time provisioning.
How do I set up Glue?
To configure a new Glue account, follow these steps:Log in to your IT Glue account and navigate to Account > Glue. Then, click the + New button. On the next screen, give the new account a name. Choose the organizations that will be associated with this account. Click Save.
How do I access Glue?
To access their account, invited users will accept the invite and go to the Glue login screen (https://app.myglue.com or https://app.eu.myglue.com) to sign in. Initially, each Glue account will be a blank slate.
