Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

am wanting to learn more as i'm a technically challenged 55yo
but, I work night shifts for the USPS & not likely to be able to take in classes
-offer classes anyways! :)

Does everything I need it to, and the fact that you can cancel or change a subscription at anytime without being charged is amazing!

User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

Wonderful platform with tools that made our forms and electronic documents highly professional.
Program allowed us to create fillable checklist for employees to use on jobs. The connectivity to other platforms really helped make it a snap to upload and rework forms for maximum efficiency.
We don't use it enough to maintain a constant subscription--would like a month by month subscription that could be turned on/ off as needed.

It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

How long does a seller's permit last?
You must keep your records for four years. You must file a return for your sales and purchases on or before the last day of the month following the close of your reporting period. You must file your tax return even if you have no tax to report. Furthermore, you must pay the sales tax due on your retail sales in California.
How long is a seller's permit valid for?
Pay attention to how long your sales tax permit lasts. Permits in some states (e.g., California and Texas) are good for as long as you own your business, while in other states (e.g., Connecticut and Pennsylvania), they must be renewed every one to five years.
Does a seller's permit expire?
Some states make it easy for sellers by automatically renewing their sales tax permits, or just issue one with no expiration date. Once you have a permit in these states, you won't have to worry about it expiring. If you do, you'll need to renew that permit on a yearly basis.

In California, there are two ways to verify a seller's permit number. You can call the State Board of Equalization at 888-225-5263, or you can use the online Seller's Permit Verification tool. Both methods allow you to determine if a business is registered in California and how the business is registered.
