I needed to type on an older document and this program seemed like a good choice. Also, since I can pay month to month I can stop when I am finished with the paperwork and that was a nice option.

The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

PDFfiller is simple and easy to use. It gets the job done.
Easy way to have paperwork signed.
PDFfiller makes the documents look very clean and keeps me organized. Also it is not hard to figure out how to use it. The customer support is amazing too.
There are no CC options when sending out a document for someone to sign. I hope PDFfiller creates that feature soon.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. Had to use to fill a form. Somehow missed cancellation. They gave me full refund when I asked (shortly after payment taken).Great service. Friendly and helpful. And good app too!

Fillable Forms
I wish you could download your fillable form to a website with all features included
You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf.
I would like to be able to download the form to my computer and post to my company website and have all features work.
