i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

I complete 1099Misc for my office annually. I just discovered your site which is handy as far as anticipated amending and last minute entries. I am having trouble with the How To's of IRS submitting and multiple entries.

My 1-month trial had ended and I didn't catch it on time but I reached out to someone and they refunded the money back to me just like that.
