Ability to convert Word Docs and other formats to PDF.

What's there not to like? I mean this is the best application I've ever had for making changes to docs, signing docs and editing docs.
What do you dislike?
Nothing! I really enjoy this product and I think it's priced fair as well!

I have 2 companies that I utilize one billing system for. PDFfiller allows me to edit the logo and name on the invoice to reflect the 2nd company. Saves an enormous amount of time and confusion for the clients that belong to both companies.

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service!
PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

PDF filler that will empty your pockets.
The most accurate file editor. The most reliable document converter. The master of alterations.
I can email important documents immediately upon request. I can edit and sign government documents that are lifesaving for important life necessities. I.e. rental arrears. Rent ledgers. W2 forms, etc.
The darn subscription is too expensive just to use for once a month, or only when necessary. They should have like, one time prepaid options instead of monthly or yearly.

What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I dislike about pdf filler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of updated materials without needing to go back and redo the item.

Customer service rep was very helpful with a billing issue. He researched my request and provided a prompt resolution. Would definitely use and recommend this service because of their superior customer service.

Kara in customer support was AMAZING!!
Kara in customer support was AMAZING!!! I couldn't get a form to do what I needed it to do so I sent it to her and she did it for me in no time! I needed it right away and she fixed my problem and saved my behind!!! I love this company!! Worth it's weight in GOLD!!!

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
