i love the copy feature so I can duplicate forms and just change the dates instead of filling out the whole form again when everything else stays the same.

It was the worst because I had no idea how to work the program. It took well over 5hrs for something that should have taken less than 5 mins had a I known what to do

Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

The accessibility is great and the look of the forms ones the user completes it is superb.
Accessibility is great and the convenience is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone in a business setting.
The monthly cost, but I like the fact that you can renew at any time. This program is cheaper when you pay for multiple months.

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Handy programme for the home office
I'm still getting used to all the available functions, but so far am enjoying being able to combine various documents, and edit and sign .pdfs

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to use and all my documents are automatically saved. This has increased my productivity so much being able to combine documents and have people sign.
What do you dislike?
There are a few steps to save, print, or download to your local desktop which can be a little time-consuming. But I also appreciate that it verifies with you that the correct function is happening.

The ability to edit and few pdf documents. I really like that pdf's can be combined and shared. There's so many functions of pdf filler that is so helpful to help me be more productive.
