it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

Initially, it was a bit difficult to insert the text; but after a while I discovered the "T" tool for aligning texts. I also like the fact that I had choices for signatures.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Sam responded, answered my questions quickly, sent me a screenshot of the adjustment I needed to make to the print instructions. From there, everything turned out very well. Thank you Sam!

The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.
